International Stuttering Awareness Day!

October 22nd is International Stuttering Awareness Day!!

Check out resources through the International Stuttering Awareness Online Conference (Isad.isastutter.org) such as stories and experiences of people who stutter, research, and therapy information.  You can also join other people who stutter, along with their friends, family and speech-language pathologists to learn more about stuttering and explore new was to cope with stuttering in a safe environment by attending chapter meetings of the National Stuttering Association.  The National Stuttering Association Family Chapter meets the second Monday of each month 7:00-8:00 pm at the Picard Center in the Resource Library, 200 E. Devalcourt, Lafayette, LA 70506. Please park in the back for best access. The National Stuttering Association Adult Chapter meets the third Monday of each month 7:00-8:00 pm at Burke-Hawthorne Hall in Rm 225, 231 Hebrard Blvd, Lafayette, LA 70504.
